Ann coaches clients in defining success, values and priorities as well as in taking action steps to achieve results. She has worked with Silicon Valley executives, managers and individuals to develop leadership skills, build relationships and increase effectiveness in their professional and personal lives. Clients appreciate that they have someone with whom to brainstorm ideas and report progress.

One individual, who reported he didn't think he could speak up at work, developed a variety of skills to express his ideas and learned that others value his contributions. Someone else decided to change careers, created a "team" to support her efforts, and took manageable steps to get there.
